  • Delivery takes 4-5 business days domestically when selecting the basic shipping method.
  • Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value.
  • Processing orders may take 2-3 days. 

LOST PACKAGES AND STUCK SHIPMENTS

SHIPMENTS

  • The customer is responsible for filing a lost package claim with the UPS in the event of a lost / misplaced package. We provide tracking for every order.
  • REFUEL CBD is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
  • REFUEL CBD is not responsible for packages once they are in the hand of the carrier.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (DOMESTIC / US)

DOMESTIC

  • No returns or exchanges on orders after 30 days.
  • We do not accept opened products for returns or exchanges all items must be UNOPENED.
  • Freebies / add-ons / promo items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • A restocking Fee of 20% will be applied once the item is returned.

To be eligible for a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee Policy, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Timeframe: You must request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: The product/service must be shipped back to us, once the product is received a refund will be processed.
  3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or correct email address associated with the purchase.

Refund Process:

Once your return request is approved and received by our team, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. ***Please Note there is NO refund on shipping***

Exclusions:

Please note that certain products/services may be exempt from our Money-Back Guarantee Policy due to their nature. These exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
